Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 30, 2025

1. Nature of Products

Griffin AI Holdings LLC provides digital products, digital access rights, and AI-based advisory systems. All offerings are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.Access to purchased systems is granted upon confirmed payment.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital and access-based nature of Griffin AI systems, all sales are final.Once access to a system, framework, or digital advisory tool has been granted, the purchase is considered fulfilled.
Refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Failure to use the product
Misunderstanding of product capabilities
Incorrect purchasing decisions
Business performance outcomes

3. Payment Processing Errors

Verified duplicate charges resulting from payment processor error will be reviewed and corrected. Claims must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date.

4. Technical Access Failure

If a verified system error prevents access to a purchased product, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access. If access cannot be restored within a reasonable period, a refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Griffin AI Holdings LLC.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

Alleged unauthorized transactions must be reported immediately and are subject to investigation. Customers are responsible for securing their payment credentials.

6. Enterprise Engagements

Enterprise-level deployments, advisory retainers, or structured implementation services are governed by separate written agreements. Refund terms for such engagements are defined within those agreements.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Griffin AI Holdings LLC to resolve the matter may result in suspension of access to all purchased systems.
